初冬の茨城県歴史館＆偕楽園

　先週末，茨城県水戸市まで出かけましたので，茨城県立歴史館と近隣の偕楽園（かいらくえん）に立ち寄ってみました。
　歴史館は，今回は企画展には入館せず，敷地内の様子を写真撮影。
　3月10日付けの記事で，梅の開花状況などをご紹介しましたが，今の時期はイチョウも落葉し，ややさびしい光景となっております。　
　西洋風の建物である旧水海道小学校本館と，日本家屋風の旧水戸農業高校本館です。

　敷地内には茶室が2箇所あります。中には入れませんので外側から　
　その近くでは，まだまだ紅葉が美しかったです　

　南に向かって坂を下りていくと，水車小屋もあります。

　そのまま歩き続けると，隣の偕楽園敷地に到着。こちらは，2月中旬から3月末まで開催される水戸の梅まつりで有名です。
　
　今の時期は，梅の開花にはまだ早いと思われますが，つぼみが大きく膨らんだものを幾つか見かけました。もしかしたら年内に咲くかも???

　敷地内に一本だけ花を咲かせていた樹。桜の一種のようです。

　梅が咲き始めた頃，またこちらを訪れようと考えております。
